Lockdown Gallery – week 25

September 7th to September 13th

The Lockdown Gallery will continue till the end of this month, so we can see all your autumnal treasures – the last one will be published on 28th September.

Weather: a little bit warmer this week, and a few dry days

Frances King returns with a good selection of autumn colours.

Maggie Youdan’s Ceratostigmas (hardy plumbago) are showing their rich blue flowers

Sue Gray has many plants in flower this week

Liz Hall also has a fine blue flower – an Aconitum and a very pale Sedum

Terry Benton is finding autumnal shades in his Wiltshire garden, plus a shy bumble bee

The Hackett garden can only be described as shabby at this time of year, but there are still many plants quietly doing well despite all the wind and rain of this summer season. Here are some of them!
