The pictures show Agapanthus ‘White Heaven’ purchased from Merriments some years ago. The RHS say it should survive ok in the South which means, of course, not in the North.

My plants have always performed well for a number of years. They are in a wood trough with a plastic trough insert which is now bulging out considerably at the sides and the plants need splitting.
I should say my garden is sheltered and the trough is in front of a brick wall facing South.
