There will be free cakes and refreshments for delegates throughout the day, but delegates are asked to bring their own picnic lunch as there is no provision for food sales at the school.

Ample free parking on site.

  • WYHPS members only – £35 available at WYHPS meetings.  Cash, cheques, bank transfer or credit card. On sale from our 11th October meeting
  • All other delegates – £45.  On sale from 21st Oct. There are 2 ways to do it:
    • Complete this form and follow instructions given on the site to make payments by bank transfer  OR
  • ALL tickets are digital and will be emailed to you on receipt of payment for you to print out
