200C for 10–15 MINUTES
225g S.R. Flour
50g margarine or butter
- rub together
- Add freshly milled black pepper and salt + 1 teaspoon oregano
Coarsely grate 1 courgette, then
Mix together with
50g. grated cheese & 50g. smoked ham
Bind with 1 egg + milk to make 100ml. liquid (reserve a little of this to brush tops of scones)
Cut into rounds
Brush with egg and milk and top with grated cheese.
